After you sign up you will need to activate your affiliates account, which can be done by going to the "Affiliates" page in the Control Panel.

If you have an existing account with services and wish to activate the affiliates feature, you can do so by clicking the "Affiliates" link once logged in.

All affiliate related questions can be sent to our Affiliates Department.

Our Requirements:
You must be over the age of 18 with proof of ID upon request.
You must have a PayPal account for receiving payments.
You may not sign up for an affiliate account if you are the owner or a member of an organization / team currently sponsored by ClutchKill.com. If you are unsure whether you fall into the category of a sponsored organization / team send a ticket to our Affiliates Department.

How do I get credit into my account?
You will earn credit by getting sign-ups (Referrals). You will be given a referral link
(EX: user.clutchkill.com) When a user clicks your link they are redirected to our web site, but a cookie is stored on their computer. When they order (even if it’s at a later date), a one time credit will be credited to your account.

How can I withdraw from my account?
The minimum payout amount is $50.00. Once your balance has reached $50.00 you may request a withdrawal from your affiliate page. You may either request a payment over PayPal or you may have the credit transfered to your account where it can be used to pay invoices or purchase new services.

What if the referral cancels their service, do I lose my credit?
You will not lose credit from your balance if one of your referrals cancels, but you will not receive credit if they cancel within their first 7 days of service.

What if I get a sign-up, but it doesn't show in my affiliate account?
Your account will show the referrals instantly on your affiliate page, but you will only receive credit once the client has been active for one week. If for any reason the client cancels their services during their first week of service, you will not receive credit. Also, sometimes people forget to sign up using a referral link, although you may have been the one to refer them. You can have them send us a message letting us know that you were the affiliate that sold them the service and we will credit your account.

Abuse of the Billing or Affiliates System
Repeating Service Cancellation of your Referrals

Payment:

• Affiliates are paid 50.00% commission per Game Server. For Dedicated Servers there is a flat rate of $50.00. A sign-up is counted when a customer first clicks on an affiliate referral link, completes the order process and stays active for 1 week.
  
  
• Affiliates must generate a balance of $50.00 or more before the first payment can be requested. Commission payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges and other expenses incurred in order to receive their commissions.

• Referrals that have been issued a refund within the first week of service will be deducted from commissions owed. Referrals must have an active service account for one consecutive week or commissions will be reversed. Referrals that are found to be fraudulent (fake/stolen credit cards, false information, etc.) will be reversed. Referrals that issue a charge back will be reversed.

• Affiliates may not offer cash back, rewards or incentives without written approval. Please contact us if you would like to have your site or advertising methods reviewed.
• Affiliates may not bid on keywords for the purpose of PPC on search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc). Any affiliates found using PPC search engines will be deactivated.
  
  
• Affiliates may use the approved banners and ad text. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their tracking code is working properly before sending traffic to our servers. Any modification to the links is the sole responsibility of the affiliate - commissions will not be paid for tracking errors caused by editing, masking or tampering with your links.

• Affiliate accounts may be deactivated at any time without warning or advanced notice. Your account Will be deactivated and commissions set to $0 for failure to comply with the Affiliate Terms contained herein.
  
  If an Affiliate is unable to get any referrals within 3 months after activation the account will be closed and any commission will be void.
  
  
• Any false or misleading advertising or suspected fraudulent activity associated with your affiliate account will result in immediate deactivation. Affiliate accounts generating a large number of fraudulent accounts may be deactivated upon review.
  
  
• Affiliates may not resell services. Offenders will be deactivated.
  
  
• If you would like to discontinue your affiliate status, simply remove your affiliate links and no longer promote them. For accounting purposes your account and personal information will not be completely removed from our system.
